Next steps

So, as I’ve been locked down with my family, that means I’ve had no time to be Catie, but I have been thinking about what I want to do and how I want to be in the future… So here’s a list of changes I want to make…

1. Painted nails – I’ve always loved painting my nails, but I’ve never gone with it as a permanent thing. I’m contemplating doing it while still in lockdown, maybe even just toenails. I have a blue-black bottle waiting to be used so…

Red nails and fishnets…

2. Hair removal – a trickier one this as much wife loves my hairy chest and belly, but I hate it. I want to remove all the hair from my legs and body, so I want to invest in a jumbo bottle of Veet ASAP! Any tips on how to do my back?

3. Pierced ears – I’ve recently been thinking about getting a helix piercing (the top of the ear) but I’ve also started thinking about getting my ears pierced traditionally too, after all it’s quite a commonplace thing for men too these days.

Clip-ons…

4. Longer hair – My hair has always been quite short, but recently I’ve been growing the top long. I’d like to think I could grow it all, but I get annoyed when it’s too long over my ears and I have to get it cut! Thinking about an undercut…

So that’s four things to be thinking about for the future. None are specifically “female” as lots of cis males have long hair, earrings and no body hair. It just seems like a big jump for me…

  1. Hi Catie,
Your biggest thing is to try and get your wife onboard. Explain to her that you are not looking to loose your bits (unless you are) but you do want to be more feminine.

I was fortunate that my wife is 100% behind me. I have no desire to be a woman – i crossdress to become more female but I am not loosing my pen1s as that is part of our relationship.

I started having my nails painted shortly after telling everyone in my family i was a crossdresser and now my nails are done all the time.

It’s a difficult time , you have my details so if you want to chat etc let me know.
    Stay safe

    1. Thanks Lucy, yes, getting her on board and understanding is the biggest step forward. I’m not good with confrontation so I’m not sure how to go about it!
